Process Deployment at GPS Group
Applied Methodology
Our approach with GPS Group was based on a methodology of individual interviews with employees. This model allowed for a detailed survey of key activities and workflows across the organization. Through this process:
1.- We map Activities by Collaborator:
We identify the specific tasks performed by each person in their daily roles.
We document the interactions between different areas and how they contribute to achieving strategic objectives.
2.- We design interconnected processes:
We develop processes that are not only functional, but also relevant and aligned with users' daily operations.
Coherence and interaction between key areas were ensured, fostering collaboration and transparency.
3.- We involve users:
The collaborators not only participated in the construction of the processes, but also became ambassadors for their implementation.
This approach promoted ownership and engagement with new tools and workflows.

At AABO Services, one of our most notable achievements is our work with GPS Group, where we implemented an innovative, people-centered approach to the deployment of corporate processes. This case exemplifies our commitment to excellence and our ability to create solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.
Workshops Transformers:
We offered workshops specific to each area, where teams learned how to use processes efficiently and how these impact the GPS Group value chain.
The workshops were notable for their practical component, fostering ownership and high interest among collaborators.
Improving Work Quality and Efficiency:
The implemented processes facilitated more organized execution, reducing response times and operational errors.
This resulted in a visible improvement in the quality of service delivered to end customers.

Contribution to the Value Chain
The implementation of these processes not only had an internal impact, but also strengthened GPS Group's value chain by:
Improve alignment between strategic and operational objectives.
Promote innovation through the effective use of tools and processes.
Increased employee confidence in the system, which has had a direct impact on customer satisfaction.

Mapping and Validation of Cocoa Planting Areas on the Ecuadorian Coast
NEXSUS, with the support of AABO Services, carried out an ambitious project to define cocoa plantation areas in the coastal region of Ecuador. This project represented a significant challenge due to the need to operate in remote areas and ensure a high level of accuracy in crop classification, in line with export requirements to the European Economic Community.
Challenges Overcome
1.- Access to Remote Regions:
NEXSUS used advanced technology to collect accurate data in hard-to-reach areas, ensuring full coverage of agricultural zones.
2.- Crop Classification:
Using satellite imagery and GIS tools, AABO Services conducted a detailed classification of cocoa plantations, identifying suitable areas and complying with international export regulations.
3.- Transfer of Information to Control Entities:
AABO Services designed an effective data flow for the transfer of cartographic and documentary information to the regulatory agencies responsible for validating export conditions.
Impact Generated
1.- Support for Cocoa Export:
The tools and data provided by AABO Services enabled NEXSUS to meet the quality standards required by international markets, opening the doors to major global retailers.
2.- Process Optimization:
The incorporation of GIS technology streamlined the validation process, reducing the time and costs associated with certifying crop areas.
3.- Strengthening the Cocoa Sector:
This project contributed to the competitiveness of Ecuadorian cocoa in the global market, highlighting its quality and sustainability.
